GAME DAY LAYOUT:
1 HOUR FIELD SESSION
**Arrive 15 min prior to game for agility warm up**
15 min skill session
45 min game- 9 min quarters/2 min intermissions
 
 
Jerseys will be given out at the first game day. Please arrive 30 minutes early on your first game day to check in, sign waivers, grab HOME and AWAY jerseys.
